We manufacture Continuous Limpet Coils in up to 45 meters length in single piece with multiple turns using cold roll forming technique. The roll formed continuous limpet coils have various advantages over the conventional press bending and welding techniques using pipe split-ups or small sheet-metal segments. This method is time saving and the limpet coils result in saving labor cost, welding cost and wastage costs. Additionally, stage wise rolling process results in lesser work hardening in the material which in turn provide better weld joint with the equipment. Our product range includes Limpet sizes of 2” NB, 2.5” NB, 3” NB & 4” NB, in thickness up to 6 mm, with a variety of material grades in carbon steel and stainless steel.
