Material Identification!
We, at Kronos Metalcraft Private Limited, use stenciling to identify any particular Limpet Coil bundle from the lot. It also helps our customer during Final Inspection / TPI.
Normally, the stenciling - identification marking contains
1. Company Name (Kronos)
2. Customer Name
3. Size of the Limpet Coil (Limpet ID)
4. Quantity (# Turns / meters)
5. Material Grade
6. Heat Number as per MTC
7. Bundle / Set Number
8. Internal Job Number
9. Customer Job Number (SO No/Job No - in case customer requires)
10. Highlighting TPI / Jindal Stamp.
Further, each bundle is wrapped with color ribbon for easy identification while dispatching from our premise.
